Minibus from Shkodra to Koman:
- The departure point will be in front of Rozafa Hotel (google map location here) and the departure time is at 06:45am, you have to be there in time, it is very important.
- The van will have the ‘Ferry Berisha’ logo, this way you will recognize it.
- Shkodra to Koman costs 8€/person, you will arrive in Koman around 08.30am
Minibus from Koman to Shkoder:
- The drop off point will be in front of Rozafa Hotel (location attached), you will start around 15.45 https://goo.gl/maps/MLKqdZofZrjNza9cA
- The van will have the ‘Ferry Berisha’ logo, this way you will recognize it.
- Koman to Shkodra costs 8€/person, you will arrive in Shkodra around 17.30
Minibus from Tiranë/Airport to Koman:
- We will offer this service daily only for those who book for it in advance. Also this service is only available for those who book another service (ferry ticket, tours etc.)
- The departure point will be from Gazheli Petrol (google map location link here) and the departure time is at 05:30am (during the period 10 April to 5 November ), you have to be there in time, it is very important.
- We can pick you up at the Airport during our way to Koman. Pick up location here.
- The van will have the ‘Ferry Berisha’ logo, this way you will recognize it.
- Tirana to Koman costs 12€/person, you will arrive in Koman around 08.30am
- Note: During the period 10 April to 5 November the departure time will be 05:30am and from 5 November to 10 April the departure time is 05:00am.
Minibus from Koman to Tirana/Airport:
- We will offer this service daily only for those who book for it in advance. Also this service is only available for those who book another service (ferry ticket, tours etc.)

- We can drop you at the Airport during our way to Tirana, airport drop point here
- There might be traffic jams during the return to Tirana / Airport. Causing delays for the arrival time.

Transport from Tirana/Airport to Shkodër
Komani Lake Ferry Berisha offers daily minivan transport from Tirana and Tirana International Airport to Shkodër, but only for passengers who book an additional service (such as a ferry ticket, a tour, or a stay at 5 Stinët Hotel).
Transportation from Tirana/Airport to Shkoder:
- Availability: Daily, from April 10 to November 5
- Departure from Tirana: 10:30am from Stadiumi Dinamo >(google map location link here)
- Departure from Tirana Airport: 11:00am (location here )
- Arrival in Shkodër: Around 13:00
- Cost: €10 per person

Transportation from Shkoder to Tirana/Airport:
- Availability: Daily, from April 10 to November 5
- Departure from Shkoder : 14:00am from Hotel Rozafa (google map location link here)
